  This weeks email (12/28/20) Heyo everyone!  Hope yall had a wonderful Christmas. I'd say mine was pretty great:)  and yooo I finish my first transfer next week!  Its crazy how fast its gone by.  Anyways, this week has been the best week!  I had my first baptism and it was seriously such a blessing.  I'll lead up to that, but first let's talk about Christmas!  So Christmas eve we went to one of our investigators house to Carol to his family.  They also made some food for us and well, uh let's just say this type of food doesn't bring the most pleasure to the human soul.  So it's called menudo.  It's a soup that has like cow intestine and all this fun stuff:)  So I tried that and unfortunately I ate the whole thing.  It wasn't all that bad i guess but it really does not smell great lol.  But hey, grateful to experience it  (Sorry this is so long but its worth it i promise)  Aight so Christmas day!  It st...

  This weeks email (12/21/20) Ohhh beeep! Sup everyone, my trainer Elder Christensen says "ohhh beeeep" nonstop and its the funniest thing lol anyways this week was pretty lit, the hard work is paying off and we're getting a lot of success.  We had our mission Christmas conference on Thursday and it was a good time!  Saw a lot of my friends from my mtc district and kids that went to my high school!  It was awesome being able to hang with all the missionaries, I love this mission and our mission president, President Ocampo.  He's such a beast and a solid dude.   We've got 2 baptisms set for this next Sunday and I couldn't be happier.  Our most progressive investigator is an awesome guy.  His name is Ricky, he loves what we teach and he knows this church is true.  Unfortunately, Ricky is really struggling right now financially.  He is currently homeless and he was in the hospital a couple days ago with stomach pains.  If you guys...

 This weeks email: (Dec 14th, 2020) Hola todos!  This week was another lit week.  Its like insane how fast it went.  We grind hard everyday and it just flies byyy.  I feel like I'm now adjusting and adapting well with the mission life.  My comps are so dope, we have so much together.  We met a lot of people this week and we got another baptismal date with this guy named ricky ayeeee let's goooooo.  We met him at night, he was outside of his house just chillin and we started talking to him.  And he's just this sweet short old man, you'd look ay him and just wanna give him a hug hahahah.  But we started teaching him and on our 2nd visit we dropped a baptismal date.  He was so excited when we told him that God had called a prophet and 12 apostles today, and he's was like so hype and thought that was the coolest thing.  He believes everything we teach and he understands it so well.  So definitely looking forward to teaching hi...

  Email from this week -  Wow.  My second week was super lit.  First week went by slow, and I was homesick and all that but week 2 literally flew by so fast.  We had a super successful week .  Our most progressing investigator this week, is this guy named Anthony.  He's such a beast!  We've taught him a couple lessons and he already has a baptismal date set for the 26th.  He feels the spirit so strong when we teach him and that fills my heart with so much joy when people feel the love of Christ!  Anthony believes in everything we teach him and I know he's got a super bright future ahead of him.   We've been teach a lot of other people and we had 8 investigators from our district come to church!  4 of those investigators were ours!  I've seen the Lord's hand countless times this week and I know he blesses us through faith and hard work.   So I tried Whataburger for the first time, its a burger restaurant that...
