Almost 3 months on mission! (Jan 11 post)

  Mel's email from this week: Heyooo.  Wow it feels like forever since I sent my last email.  This week has been a long one, but its been a good one!  I'm on my 2nd transfer and I have 2 new comps, Elder Bake and Elder Miller.   They're pretty legitness and I'm excited to be serving along with them:)  So yea I moved to Laredo which is right on the border of Mexico.  So yea, like the title says, Laredo has some celestial tacos.  Fun fact for ya, my dog shall be named taco when I get one in a few years hehe.   Man let me tell ya, speaking and teaching in Spanish is pretty hard lol.  Imma learn more and more everyday tho and my Spanish will be fuego.  The people here are in Laredo are awesome!  We get fed so much here by members and investigators hahah which is super lit.   That's pretty much all I have for this email not too much has happened yet this first week, but lemme share a lil scripture with yall.  ...

Mel's email from this week: And just like that I'm finished with my first transfer!  It's been an amazing first 6 weeks and, we've been blessed in so many ways.   Tomorrow I'll be moving to a new area called Laredo!  It's a Spanish speaking area so I'm hype for that, I've loved it here in Beeville but I'm so ready to start practicing my Spanish now lol. Hope yall had a blessed new years!  2020 was a hard year, but I will forever be grateful for it and for the amazing experiences I had during it. This last week couldn't have been better for us.  We had another baptism this week!  Rickey was one of our investigators and he's gone through ...
